If you are looking for a small vacation town, we recommend Ottawa. With the iconic Parliament Hill and museums filling in your knowledge gaps, you’ll come away learning about Canada and its history. And you can do it all while stopping by one of the oldest farmers markets in the world.

For a more wintry destination, we can’t recommend Christmas in Germany enough. Why not book a holiday to see Germany’s oldest Christmas market in Dresden? And if you’re tired of your sightseeing in Dresden, it’s a good idea to stop in Baden-Baden, a famous spa town known throughout Europe. We can’t think of anything more relaxing than spending hours in the hot springs (it might be a little hard to leave) and stopping at the salt caves for the best sleep you’ll ever have. The health benefits and properties have been around for thousands of years, and salt caves are a truly beautiful experience that everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime.

Another remarkable point of history in the making, you’d be surprised how much Ancient Athens could pack into one place. Athens is the oldest capital in Europe, so don’t be fooled by its size. A destination that has always been a hot spot, there is no time like the present to visit Athens, Greece.
