What was your motivation?
I had a lot of stomach pain and couldn’t hear my insides.
What inspired you to keep going even when you felt like giving up?
Seeing results from consistency and discipline
How have you changed your eating habits?
I focused on actually eating “enough”. I wasn’t putting enough food in my body.
What foods have you stopped or started eating?
I mostly cut out red meat and pork. I ate more fruits and vegetables and did a modified version of Zone and Keto eating.
What is your workout routine?
My workouts consist of walking, cardio, yoga and aerobics.
How often did you exercise?
I train three days a week for 30-45 minutes.
What was your starting weight?
What is your current weight? My starting weight was 268 pounds and my current weight is 155 pounds.

I’m 5’5”.
When did you start your journey?
My journey started in June 2020.
How long did your transformation take?
- January 2021 – The first six months. I lost 50 pounds
- June 2021 The first 12 months. I lost another 50 pounds
- Last six months: 15-18 pounds

Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No. While I’m not knocking those who have, my journey has been very natural and complete. As for my routine, I have been using fitness and cannabis for my body and chakra balancing for my health routine.

Consistency and discipline
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
I encourage women to have fun. But I also encourage them to go within themselves to do the healing work spiritually and emotionally. When they do, the exterior will follow. It has no choice.
