Telus Health is expanding its healthcare options to include everyone’s favorite furry friends.
Telus Health MyPet is a virtual platform that connects local veterinarians with owners seeking health care services for their dogs or cats.
The platform tackles a range of issues including nutritional management, parasite control and even prescriptions. The company states that the tool does not replace physical examinations and tests, but acts as a “complementary” measure.
“Patient-centered, high-quality virtual care should be available to everyone in our family, including our beloved dogs and cats,” said Juggy Sihota, Chief Growth Officer, Telus Health.
The service is now available in Ontario after launching last summer in B.C.
MyPet is available for download on iOS and Android.
