Cooking tips
Try whole wheat pasta, which includes whole grains.
Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna or salmon in water
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain the cooking liquid and cool.
- Drain tuna or salmon.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Refrigerate leftovers for 2 hours.
