Leading North Indian ISP cites IP Infusion’s superior open network technology and low costs as distinct competitive advantages

SANTA CLARA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#autonomous networks— IP Infusion, a leading provider of open networking software and solutions for wireline and mobile operators, today announced that Netplus Broadband, a leading wireline Internet service provider in North India, has selected IP Infusion’s OcNOS® to enhance and to expand its network as the company expands. broadband services to all its customers across the region. Netplus Broadband is the internet arm of Fastway Transmissions Pvt Ltd.

Netplus deploys OcNOS’s Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Ethernet VPN (EVPN) functions to improve network security, efficiency and transmission speed. The IP Infusion software, which runs on UfiSpace’s open networking hardware platform, seamlessly interoperates with Netplus’ legacy Nokia and Cisco routers and replaces ZTE. Distribution partner Antriksh Digital Solution supported the high performance service solution. Netplus Broadband covers a wide swath of North India with operations in eight states and 400+ cities to provide broadband, fixed and enterprise services.
