Preparation
Tofu.
- 14 oz firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon chili-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons green onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds to decorate
Kauli rice.
- 200 grams cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Performance
1. Measure and prepare all the ingredients. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
2. Cut the cauliflower into the rice with a food processor.
3. Add olive oil and riced cauliflower to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix to combine well.
4. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
5. Combine tahini, lemon juice, chili-garlic paste, vegetable stock, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix to combine well.
6. Add olive oil and tofu to a skillet over medium heat. Cook until brown on all sides. Then pour the tahini mixture over the tofu. Reduce heat to low. Pour in the vegetable stock and stir to coat all of the tofu. Let cook for about 3 minutes or until the mixture begins to bubble.
7. Serve tahini tofu over cauliflower rice. Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy.
