How to turn off all notification sounds on Samsung Galaxy S23

Sometimes we get a little tired of the notifications that sound. If this is one of those cases, you can disable all notification sounds on your Samsung Galaxy S23. Any of them?

Usually, in addition to vibration, you can set your phone to ring with pre-customized notification sounds. You can prefer to receive notifications only with a vibration sound. Either way, notification sounds help us know when we get a message on our phone, no matter which app it comes from. It’s no different on your Samsung Galaxy S23.

Before you mute all notification sounds on your Samsung Galaxy S23, you may want to consider customizing the notification sounds for different apps. This is so you can identify which app you’re getting a notification from.

Turn off all notification sounds on Galaxy S23

If you want to go ahead and turn off all notification sounds, go ahead Settings app on your S23.

Find Sounds and vibration option and tap Notification sound.

Select the SIM card you want to turn off notifications for if you’re using a dual SIM Galaxy S23.

Use the slider at the top of the SIM card list of your choice to turn the volume all the way down until the volume icon appears / over the bell icon. This will now mean that anytime you get a notification, it will now only vibrate with no ring or sound, even if you have set it.

Turn off all notification sounds on Galaxy S23

If you have a dual SIM Galaxy S23, you will need to repeat the same instructions for the other SIM card as well. This won’t be necessary, however, if you have a single SIM Galaxy S23.
