Here is the final release date of iOS 16.4 for iPhone and iPad users.
Apple is working through the iOS 16.4 beta program, and now we might not have to wait too long before the company makes the update available to everyone.

The iOS 16.4 beta is now in the hands of those working on the developer and public beta programs, but the company is also expected to release the update to the public in the last week of March 2023.
That means at the time of writing there’s only a few weeks to wait at worst.
When iOS 16.4 is available, it will be offered through the normal software update mechanism for compatible iPhones. The update brings with it a number of changes, though none of them are huge improvements for most people.
At the top of the list is support for Safari Web Push Notifications. It allows websites to send notifications to iPhones as long as they are placed on their home screen and given permission.
There’s also support for a t number of new emoji, while third-party web browsers will also be able to add websites and web apps to the home screen via the share menu.
The final big change is that Apple is setting the stage for removing beta profiles. iOS 16.4 added a new option to sign in with an Apple ID associated with a developer or public beta program.
Other minor changes include a page-turning animation in the Books app and the return of HomeKit architecture upgrades.
