Strengthening the brand’s ambitions, Dyson is expanding its retail presence in the UAE with the opening of an expansive new showroom at the Mall of the Emirates. The store features Dyson’s latest innovations, including the soon-to-be-released Dyson Zone™ air-purifying headphones, which will be available in-store before the end of the year, as well as a limited-edition Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer in navy blue and colours. 23.75 carat gold available exclusively in stores from April 8 and the rest of the UAE from April 21 and at dyson.ae.
Distinguished by its striking all-black storefront, the new store delivers a comprehensive experience, taking traditional retail to the next level beyond just selling products.
Express repair service
The Mall of the Emirates showroom hosts the region’s first in-store service center offering quick repairs on all products and expert advice from a Dyson Service Engineer.
Exclusive experiences
The location is also home to the second Beauty Lab location in Dubai, where visitors can witness Dyson products come to life. Customers can purchase the latest technology on a booking basis for the entire personal care range, such as the Dyson Corrale™ cordless hair straightener, Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer and Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler. In addition, there are interactive ‘try before you buy’ demonstrations where customers can try out Dyson technologies such as high performance cordless vacuums and smart cleaners.
Additional touches
Customers who buy directly from a Dyson store will have the option to personalize their hair care products, as well as a free gift wrapping service with exclusive Dyson branded wrapping paper.
The second showroom at Mall of the Emirates, located on the ground floor, joins Dyson’s Dubai Mall showroom as well as seven Dyson showrooms in the UAE, including Al Wahda Mall, The Galleria, Yas Mall and Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi. , Marina Mall and Mirdif City Center in Dubai and Al Zahia City Center in Sharjah.
